| RETURN POLICY |
In the rare case that you receive a defective product, we will replace it for you with a new copy of the same product. If you do need to return defective product to us, please place the defective merchandise and note of explanation in the original packaging (if available) and ship prepaid and insured to: Falcon Picture Group, 1051 E. Main Street, East Dundee, IL, 60118. Please expect your replacement within two to four weeks from the day you ship your merchandise to Falcon Picture Group.
